We are a West End based commercial property consultancy practice and require an Extranet to help improve the communication and reporting process with our Clients whilst helping to promote our brand and services. Many instructions require us to provide up to the minute information on what can be a varied collection of transactions. Coordinating this information and then representing it is time consuming. We would like a secure Extranet service that allows our clients to view up-to-date information that can be sourced directly from our office systems including Excel and Word, and from our in-house document management system. We would like to provide the ability for our clients and their partners to view and update this information, security permitting, and have this activity audited.
