We are a top 100 Law Firm and need assistance to roll out matter centric document management across the firm.  Our document management system is Hummingbird DM5.  We recognise that success is largely dependent on a consistent approach, from understanding our needs, through to training, that seeks to involve as many staff members as possible.  We require a deeper knowledge of the capabilities of Hummingbird DM5 in a Legal context and how these capabilities might apply to the firm.  Our IT team are to be involved and will help to coordinate staff and the necessary technical resources.  This is a project that will change areas of the practice's operation therefore it is vital this instruction is not solely viewed as an IT project.
