Mark Gray

Mark has spent over 17 years working in the real estate sector. Before joining Calvis Mark spent 12 years at CB Hillier Parker as an Associate Director providing IT project management and business relationship management support for all systems development and implementation projects. Most notably Mark was responsible for the redevelopment of CB Hillier Parker’s Investment Valuation business support systems which included cross departmental workflow and automated report generation functions.

Since joining Calvis Mark has worked on many Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects providing project management and business relationship services including: solution implementations of Document Management to many UK real estate organisations and several UK law firms; successful introduction and implementation of a Knowledge Management solution to a London based commodities dealer; and customisation and delivery of a tailored Knowledge Management system for a London law firm.

Recently Mark was Project Executive to a project for London Fund Manager and was responsible for the definition and coordination of all aspects of the vendor selection process for a replacement Property Management and Accounting system including; identification of vendor candidates; development of the vendor Request for Proposal; vendor management during response timeline; development of vendor scorecard; development of vendor demonstration scenarios and resulting information packs; development of demonstration scorecard; and assistance during the development of the procurement strategy.
