Cathy is a Human Resources professional with a passion for harnessing the ability of individuals to drive change and performance improvement in organizations. During her 16 years in the field she has worked on major change programmes and is conversant with the best ways of ensuring that the people driving change are harnessing the power of the rest of the organization. She has established and facilitated senior teams, leading them to ensure that their projects stay on track. She also has experience of taking organizations through significant changes in working practices and procedures without losing momentum. Cathy’s experience also includes the specification and implementation of databases integral to key business processes as well as significant amounts of work in business process re-engineering. She is able to add insight to process focused teams to ensure that they integrate the “human factor” in their planning. She has always worked closely with business specialists to deliver a smooth integrated package that delivers true business benefit. She has designed and delivered leading edge HR initiatives that place people at the heart of business planning to ensure that businesses deliver on their key goals.
