What is a 360° Consultancy Pod?

A 360° Consultancy Pod is a selection of our tried and trusted foundation consultancy services, carefully chosen to address the delivery needs of our most popular project engagements: technology management services, document management & workflow, business intelligence, Extranet and Intranet solutions and integration.

Why 360°?

It will come as no surprise to you that technology is only one small element of any project, maybe as little as 10% in some cases. The one most important aspect of a project is the people and processes, two variables which are often completely overlooked or just left to chance. Ignore the non-technology stuff and we believe your project will have a high chance of failure, or it will deliver to skewed expectations. Therefore, our 360° Consultancy Pods present a common sense approach that addresses the project in its entirety.

Are 360° Consultancy Pods only available for SharePoint?

No, the beauty of a 360° Consultancy Pod is that it can be easily assembled for any project engagement, and remember only a small part of the project is about the technology itself. For example, we can apply a standard Document Management 360° Consultancy Pod to the implementation of any document management solution. SharePoint aside, we provide Document Management 360° Consultancy Pods for Meridio, Interwoven, Open Text and OnBase.

How are 360° Consultancy Pods charged?

Each 360° Consultancy Pod benefits from a simple and consistent approach to costs. We recognize that a successful project team is comprised of people with different skills and levels of experience. Monitoring costs can be a headache, especially if you're tracking different consultant rates. That's why we provide a single blended consultancy rate for a 360° Consultancy Pod allowing you access to any consultant regardless of seniority.

The 360° Consultancy Pod is constructed from a pre-engagement meeting. A retainer is charged prior to the start of the project and the balance of consultancy charged monthly in arrears when the retainer is exhausted.

Solution Support Pods

What is a Solution Support Pod?

One of the most important aspects of undertaking a new project or installing a new application is gaining assurances that your new environment will be supported by consultants who understand it, can answer your questions and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.  A Solution Support Pod is an annual contract that provides you with support, much like any standard insurance policy.  We have developed three Solution Support Pod levels each designed to give you the right service for your solution. The levels are Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

What services are provided from a Solution Support Pod?

Each Solution Support Pod provides unlimited telephone support within business hours. We also operate email and instant messaging support lines. Gold and Silver Solution Support Pods also provide you with bundled support consultancy days should in-depth problem investigation/resolution be required.   Additionally, we recommend that these days are used for system upgrades and orientation, regular system health checks and face-to-face review meetings.

How do we measure the performance of a Solution Support Pod?

All support issues for each Solution Support Pod are routed through our helpdesk system, from which you will receive monthly status reports.  These reports will detail all calls, their status and resolution. Solution Support Pod agreements operate with specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

How are Solution Support Pods charged?

Solution Support Pods are charged annually in advance. As a guide, standard Solution Support Pods are priced as follows: Bronze £3,500, Silver £8,000 and Gold £12,000.  Depending on the required Solution Support Pod Service level, these prices may vary and should only be viewed as an estimate.  All prices quoted exclude VAT.
