Solution

A SQL-based XML-centric (OSCRE) application that acts as a central data warehouse and automates the entire valuation process, including collecting and validating of current data on assets, rents and expenditure, sending it to external valuers and the Investment Property Databank; receiving, reconciling and reporting absolute and relative performance data.

Deliverables

OSCRE DataCentre that interacts with property management, accounting and tax systems and acts as a repository and hub for all the property management and valuation data. It seamlessly controls how information is exchanged and, when a valuation is scheduled, marshals the entire process, providing OSCRE and Excel data files for the valuers, validating and reconciling the returns and providing summary reports in the portal in easy Excel format..
