​Delivered using SharePoint 2010, Calvis' Practice Management framework provides all the basic building blocks needed to support your key practice processes.

The core Job module allows the recording of basic job and client information and categorization and key contacts, and the addition of time recording and disbursement components allow up-to-date job status reporting and subsequent invoicing/billing activity. In addition, a document library is created for each job (based on a library template specific to each job type) so that all material related to a job can be easily stored and retrieved.

This simple and flexible framework can be easily customized to match your specific requirements, and information in existing line of business systems leveraged to maximise its benefit.
